These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the att4d platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and maintain an active Account on att4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.1 Each eligible individual may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If att4d detects multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts other than the oldest verified account may be suspended, and any Bonus Funds or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must not use false, fictitious, or third-party information during registration.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your att4d Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any Wager placed using your Account credentials is deemed to have been placed by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated the action.
3.4 You must notify att4d immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. att4d may take temporary protective measures — including suspension of the Account — while an investigation is conducted.
3.5 att4d reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 att4d is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and may require verification at any other point during the membership lifecycle. The KYC process involves submitting legible copies of one or more of the following documents:
4.2 Documents submitted for KYC must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submissions showing signs of tampering, digital manipulation, or forgery will be rejected and reported to the appropriate authorities.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 across all payment methods. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Indonesian Rupiah with no currency conversion fee applied by att4d. 5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your att4d Account. att4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts in a name other than the verified Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing targets are as follows:
5.3 Withdrawal conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Member must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using a real-money payment method.
5.4 Fees. att4d does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals. Fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside att4d's control and are the Member's responsibility.
5.5 att4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while a fraud investigation, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review, or KYC verification is ongoing. att4d will communicate the reason for any such delay to the affected Member within a reasonable time.
5.6 att4d does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities, loans, or funds held in trust for third parties. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are your own and are from a legitimate source.
6.1 att4d may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum withdrawal from bonus, game restrictions, and expiry date — will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
6.2 Wagering requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), meaning the Bonus Funds must be wagered that number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and contributing game percentages are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
6.3 One bonus per promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. att4d reserves the right to cancel bonus claims and void associated winnings where it determines that a promotion has been claimed in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
6.4 att4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where there are legitimate operational or integrity grounds for doing so. Members with an active wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will not be adversely affected by that withdrawal.
6.5 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering process, or combined with other bonuses unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly permit such combination.
7.1 All Wagers placed on att4d are final once confirmed. att4d does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed Wager except in the specific circumstances set out in Clause 7.3 below.

7.3 Void bets. A Wager may be declared void by att4d in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the Wager relates is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; (b) the Wager was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human pricing error; (c) the integrity of the event is compromised by confirmed match-fixing or doping violations. Voided Wager stakes are returned to the Member's Account Balance.
